FernCredit ("we", "us", "our") operates the website workfernly.com and handles loan enquiries from people living in Singapore. We are a loan enquiry and matching service. We are not a bank and not a licensed moneylender, and we do not lend money ourselves. This page sets out what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form on our homepage: your name, your occupation, your approximate monthly income, the amount you are hoping to borrow, and a WhatsApp number we can reply on. Nothing else is collected automatically about you.

What we never ask for

We do not ask for your NRIC or FIN number, a scan of any identity document, your SingPass, your internet-banking username or password, a one-time password, or a payment of any kind. We will never ask for these by WhatsApp, by email or over the phone. If anyone claiming to be FernCredit asks you for them, it is not us — stop and report it.

How we use it

We read your enquiry to work out which type of loan fits your situation, then reply to you on WhatsApp. If you tell us to go ahead, and only then, we pass your details to a lender so they can quote you directly. We do not sell your details to anybody.

Sharing

Your details go to a lender only after you have agreed to it. Nothing is sent anywhere while you are still deciding. Beyond that, we share nothing unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are still active and are deleted on request. Ask us and we will remove yours.

Your choices

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email us and we will action it.

Cookies

This site uses the basic cookies needed for the pages to work, plus Google Analytics so we can see how many people visit. We do not run advertising cookies on this site.
